FlexSteel Saves Operators Time and Money
Unmatched
Structural Integrity
FlexSteel maintains its original design specifications over time without the need for derating. Built for durability, it is the only flexible pipe that can be laid directly in rough terrain without compromising reliability. It’s the clear choice when failure is not an option.
Streamlined
Installation
FlexSteel Pipe is easily and quickly installed, whether your project involves trenching, plowing, surface installations, pipe rehabilitation, horizontal directional drilling, or shallow water. The pipe’s superior tension capabilities enable longer pulls with minimal land disruption.
The steel core’s electrical continuity eliminates the need for tracer wires, and there’s no need for special handling, bedding materials, welding, coatings, or x-rays. This allows operators to save, on average, 50% compared to steel pipe installations, with installation times 40% to 80% faster, requiring far less equipment and personnel.
Enhanced
Durability
FlexSteel's corrosion-resistant materials ensure the pipe does not weaken when wet. It is tough enough to withstand cyclic loading environments and won’t bruise or degrade during movement or installation.
Simpler Operations
and Maintenance
FlexSteel's superior external shielding drastically lowers maintenance costs, improves safety, and nearly eliminates the need for anti-corrosion measures and monitoring. It also offers improved flow rates compared to steel pipe and reduces right-of-way requirements.
FlexSteel pipe is manufactured at our 420,000-square foot facility in Baytown, Texas.
