Polymer Engineer

Provides technical support related to materials necessary to meet engineering needs. Ensures that projects meet specifications, standards and performance requirements within area of expertise.

Technical Services Engineer

Provides technical advice to customers, regulatory agencies, distributors and sales personnel responding to product related questions, issues and problems. Provides sales personnel with technical data necessary for the demonstration of products. May make technical presentations at sales meetings and customer locations. Acts as a liaison between sales personnel, clients and technical staff.

Master Planner

This position requires the ability to provide direction and guidance to Manufacturing Plant planning activities. Champions continuous improvement and development of the planning system and tools.  Coordinates assembly and communication of key information to assure timely acquisition of manufacturing raw materials and proper scheduling of Manufacturing activities. 

Area Sales Manager- US East

Responsible for all Area field sales activities including customer contact, contract initiation, market activity monitoring, and intelligence gathering.  Responsible for analyzing markets, developing sales and marketing plans, forecasting sales, and monitoring sales program implementation. This is a supervisory position over Sales Representatives and Sales Coordinators applicable to relevant Sales Area.  Develops and maintains sales relationships with major customers. Develops and implements major account sales strategies to increase sales and profits through major accounts. May service one major account. May supervise other sales representatives but is considered a senior level sales person who is expected to make customer sales calls

HR Director

Provide overall strategic HR leadership to the company, including all divisions. Oversee the development and implementation of human resources policies, programs and services, including recruitment, legal compliance, employee benefits, employee relations, employment practices and procedures, employee communications and employee events. Approve and audit payroll processing and procedures. Serve as internal consultant to company management team, supervisors and employees on personnel issues that affect performance and business relationships.  Select, develop, evaluate and lead a team of human resource professionals with a goal of earning a high level of credibility as an effective and responsive internal consulting group.

Account Executive-South Texas

Responsible for winning new business, generating and maximizing revenue through direct selling FlexSteel services to prospects and customers. Account Representative responsibilities are broad in scope, encompassing a wide variety of activities, requiring rapid shifts in priorities. Performs direct sales contact and sales development work through all levels of a client or prospect organization. Ability to work closely with Operations and Manufacturing regarding key sales.

Project Engineer

Responsible for managing one or more engineering projects from initial conception through to final commercialization launch.  Elements of daily responsibilities include design, analysis, project planning and budget management, research, technical report writing, as well as interfacing with other departments.
