Account Executive-West Texas

Responsible for winning new business, generating and maximizing revenue through direct selling FlexSteel services to prospects and customers. Account Representative responsibilities are broad in scope, encompassing a wide variety of activities, requiring rapid shifts in priorities. Performs direct sales contact and sales development work through all levels of a client or prospect organization. Ability to work closely with Operations and Manufacturing regarding key sales.

Project Engineer

Responsible for managing one or more engineering projects from initial conception through to final commercialization launch.  Elements of daily responsibilities include design, analysis, project planning and budget management, research, technical report writing, as well as interfacing with other departments.

CAD Designer

Duties include drafting and occasional designing of parts and assemblies for development activities.  SolidWorks skills suited to parts and assembly modeling as well as drafting to set standards (ASME Y14 series).

Polymer Engineer

Provides technical support related to materials necessary to meet engineering needs. Ensures that projects meet specifications, standards and performance requirements within area of expertise.

Technical Services Engineer

Provides technical advice to customers, regulatory agencies, distributors and sales personnel responding to product related questions, issues and problems. Provides sales personnel with technical data necessary for the demonstration of products. May make technical presentations at sales meetings and customer locations. Acts as a liaison between sales personnel, clients and technical staff.
