Field Services Technician

The Field Services Technician is responsible for the execution of field service work associated with the installation and service of the FlexSteel products. The functional group also supports development of field processes, equipment, and logistical strategies to assure jobs are completed in a cost effective and efficient manner.

Regional Sales Manager - Latin America

Responsible for the sales activities in the assigned territory. Reporting to the International Sales Manager. This position plans, organizes, directs, and controls the daily sales activities related to both direct and indirect sales channels within their territory. They administer the sales process from market research, prospecting and order receipt to delivery and installation, in order to ensure complete customer satisfaction. 

Area Sales Manager – Latin America (South)

Responsible for all Area field sales activities including customer contact, contract initiation, market activity monitoring, and intelligence gathering.  Responsible for analyzing markets, developing sales and marketing plans, forecasting sales, and monitoring sales program implementation. This is a supervisory position over Sales Representatives and Sales Coordinators applicable to relevant Sales Area.  Develops and maintains sales relationships with major customers. Develops and implements major account sales strategies to increase sales and profits through major accounts. May service one major account. May supervise other sales representatives but is considered a senior level sales person who is expected to make customer sales calls.

Manufacturing Engineer

Manufacturing Engineer- Manufacturing Equipment: has full responsibility for the implementation of manufacturing equipment projects and assignments.  Manufacturing engineer and can readily apply advanced techniques in the analysis and implementation of projects and assignments.

Associate Shift Team Lead

Position exists to provide a designated person, with leadership skills, to assist in the responsibilities for an assigned shift, who functions as a mentor, coach and a supervisor or foreman type lead with general knowledge and ability to provide or perform hands-on assistance in meeting Manufacturing goals and objectives.  Minimal supervision is required for this position in very unique situations

Area Sales Manager- US East

Production Supervisor

Ensures that products are produced efficiently, maintains work schedule and training of subordinates.  Reports any manufacturing issues such as training or machinery malfunctions to General Manager. Coordinates work flow based on customer requirements. Ensures company policies and practice for maintaining quality and safety are met.

Area Sales Representative – US EAST

Performs direct sales contact and sales development work at the operations level calling on operator, engineering, and installation contractors in applicable Area offices or headquarters. Supports and liaisons with Area Sales Coordinator, Area Sales Manager and develops and refers leads according to Sales Team alignment.  Reports to Area Sales Manager. This is a field based outside sales position.
