FlexSteel expands international presence with TAF distribution agreement

In March 2011, Tuberias de Acero Flexibles (TAF) de Colombia became the official distributor of FlexSteel pipelines for the country of Colombia. TAF de Colombia offers a total solution for FlexSteel customers in South America. TAF is owned by two companies that have vast international experience and in-depth knowledge of the Colombian market. With this new distribution agreement, FlexSteel is expected to gain significant market penetration focusing on the petroleum and natural gas markets in Colombia. The country currently produces 318 billion cubic feet of dry natural gas, much of which is re-injected to aid in enhanced oil recovery.

FlexSteel is experienced working with distributors throughout Central and South America. The new TAF relationship brings another prime South American country online for the company. By continuing to expand internationally through distributors and agents, FlexSteel is building strong relationships across the global, allowing the company to stay ahead of the curve and bring the next generation of steel pipe to more customers.
